Nigeria secured the leading position to be the biggest economy on the continent of Africa. Surpassing that of South Africa and Egypt. The people and politicians have embraced democracy and this was proven with the peaceful handover to the victorious party after the elections of 2015.      Nigeria has gone through the normal cycle as per Africa but now all have realized that Nigeria cannot remain dependent on oil revenues. The focus has shifted very much to Agriculture. Agri-All-Africa is engaged on Federal, Ministerial and State Government level to develop Agriculture in Nigeria. However Agri-All-Africa is not limited to State projects. The leadership are encouraging independence in the economy and also provide support. The State has many incentives to encourage agriculture investment such as Tax breaks and funding support for projects that qualify. Agri-All-Africa has established the network with relevant role players from the top level of Government to States to Private partners.      Major retailers such as Shoprite and the Walmart Group from the US are initiating serious drives for expansion in Nigeria.      A population of almost 200 million people ensure a market for food. The British developed railway systems to support an economy based on Agriculture production which was the primary revenue generation for Nigeria before oil was discovered. The climate and rainfall is ideal. Many dams and canals have been built to bring the water to where it may be needed. The Niger and Benue rivers are amongst the biggest in Africa.      The challenge in Nigeria, as in many other Africa countries, is management and responsible business and farming practices. Farmers who want to get involved in this aspect for local farmer development and commercial farmers who are prepared to share their knowledge with the local farmers will be welcomed and supported.      We have many projects that are imminent for implementation, and the Agri-All-Africa business model of partnership with farmers, open these opportunities to those that realize that they have to look beyond their own borders for future growth and stability.      Agri-All-Africa has the funding, project development and diplomatic reach to ensure profitable projects in the biggest economy on the continent.      Contact Agri-All-Africa Nigeria Manager – Stan Winterbach at E-mail: swinterbach@agriaa.com       Tel: +27(0) 72 831 8190 (South Africa) or +234 (0) 705 605 2710 (Nigeria).
