STRUCTURE AaA is currently registered as a Non Profit Company with an appointed Board of Trustees and consist of three main business streams: Agri All Africa Data & Communications o Business:  Integrating a comprehensive database of agri-solutions, farmers, companies and organizations, offering live delivery of solutions and data analytics. o Revenue streams: Membership: Farmer/entities in agricultural value chain; Upstream: agriculture technology/solutions companies; and Downstream: markets, technology, solutions; and Application of monetary value during project management cycle. Agri All Africa Projects o Business: project identification, development, management, including skills transfer; o Revenue streams: Development organizations, governments, private sector; o Retainers from food producers and off-takers; o Equity and share-holding in projects; o Hectare management models; o Funding and financing commissions; and o Service Delivery fees in the cycle of project management and development. Agri All Africa Agencies   o Business:  Ancillary needs/services such as recruitment/head hunting, property, e-commerce, financial services. o Revenue streams:  Advertisers and clients on an e-commerce platform Agri Shows and exhibitions; Education Training and Development (ETD) structures in cooperation with the University of Africa; Commissions on input commodities into Agri Value chain; Soft loans and grant money for implementations of Agri related programs in Africa.
The following members have accepted their invitations to serve on the AaA Board:   Dr Theo de Jager – He serves as the Chairman of the Board. He currently is the President of the Southern African Confederation of Agricultural Unions (SACAU) and President of the Pan African Farmers Organisation (PAFO). Mr Salum Shamte – previous Vice President of Southern African Confederation of Agricultural Unions (SACAU), Tanzanian agriculture expert and businessman and the Managing Director of Katani Ltd in Tanzania Mr Charl Senekal - South African sugar cane and diverse commodity farmer and businessman with widespread interests in Africa. Mr Seedy Lette – Global Africa Consulting, Africa market development consulting firm focused on West Africa. He is from Gambia. Mr Daniel Gad – Chairman Co-operative Farming Association of Ethiopia.
