Africa offers the most significant agricultural opportunity in the world today. In Africa, with half of, the world’s arable land, this sector is projected to grow to a trillion-dollar market in the next 15 years.  Agri All Africa (AaA) was born in the successful South African commercial sector with the single objective of sharing its agricultural successes with the rest of the continent. This lead to the creation of a platform that would specialise in the optimisation of the chances of success of primary agricultural producers - the prime factor to consider in opening food value chains. The focus area naturally became the continent of Africa as many South African as well as Zimbabwean farmers are known to have interest/investments in almost 80 per cent of Africa’s 55 countries.

Agri   SA   (Agriculture   South   Africa),   is   a   federation   of   agricultural   organisations and    one    of    the    oldest    and    the    most    prominent    South    Africa’s    organised agriculture   unions,   serve   as   a   policy   advocacy   platform   for   organised   agriculture in South Africa.  Both   spontaneously   and   on   request   from African   Governments, Agri   SA   member farmers   and   other   SA   farmers   started   to   migrate   into Africa   especially   after   2006, spreading    their    expertise    in    commercial    agriculture.        In    response,   Agri    SA decided   to   create   a   committee   to   focus   on   the   needs   of   these   members   and support   the   opportunity   that   these   farmers   offered   agriculture   development   in Africa. It   however   became   clear   that   these   farming   endeavour   into   Africa   needs   far more    than    just    diplomatic    support.    A    holistic    approach    was    needed    and dedicated   support.   The   Africa   Committee   thus   migrated   into   an   independent organisation   called   Agri   All   Africa   (AaA),   followed   by   a   developmental   period   of its   structure,   business   plan   and   consultation   with   various   organisations,   farmers and agribusiness.
The   vision   is   a   platform   that   provides a     foundation     for     the     creation     of successful        commercial        farming throughout     Africa,     in     support     of economic     development     and     food security        along        the        Voluntary Guidelines           for           Responsible Agricultural Investments in Africa. The Vision.....

Our Story

LEARN MORE LEARN MORE

We believe that the main challenge is not a lack of money or technology or information or people, but rather the lack of an organising principle – an organised delivery system that can link money, people, technology and ideas into a system that delivers more efficiently and achieve set objectives. AaA created a super platform, focused on the need of farmers, agribusiness, organisations and governments - using big data driven intelligence, technological solutions, project development and project management. Not only high-level project management will receive attention, but skilled experts on the ground to drive assurance. Our vision is to support the development of commercial agriculture in Africa, key driver of the continent’s economic development. Intrinsic to this model is the use of small-holder and out-growers to support wealth creation in local communities where the commercialisation of agricultural value-chains is endeavoured.

Technical, technological, scientific capacity - Niche product focus. AaA  is always there to render either remote support, no matter where you are, and a hands-on approach should it be needed. Technical, technological, scientific capacity - Niche product focus. AaA has a unique operational strategy that do not only provide food for local environments (staple food focus) but design its business to use high value niche commodities to create wealth. This include stevia, moringa, blue berry, saffron and organic honey, etc. as well as nut tree farming on a commercial scale (macadamia, pecan and cashews, avocado and citrus as well as pomegranate. AaA uses local academics and experts as well as scientists and institutions from abroad in this capacity. Full software configuration and installation. Strategic Partners like Agri Technovations, Laeveld Agro Chem and Syngenta plays a vital role to ensure that technology is always on the forefront and that AaA does not fall behind in the Rand D environment as far as technology is concerned. Social Focus. AaA is a commercial focussed operation and entity - there is however no sustainability in any farming operation (which by definition has a long-term focus) without tackling corporate social responsibilities to go beyond legal requirements. Local farmers become partners and commercial farmers too – that is the outcome. System Building . Custom designed assets for those with a specific requirement in place – we try to create winning models to copycat them elsewhere. Hosting Options From Domain Hosting to Application Hosting. Several options available.
Full Support and Management within a framework of detailed project planning and execution. Full company I.T. management and support . This includes on-site and remote support. We want to  free farmers to focus on farming matters while local, community and other governmental relations, communication, labour, education, primary health matters and relations with service providers needed for the proper roll-out are covered by AaA affiliations. This include the land and real estate sector, water, energy and infrastructure On-site management and Support Options.   All project requirements are tied into project rollouts and a big emphasis is placed on cooperation as a way of risk mitigation. Cross cultural communication education is undertaken from both ends - incoming farmers and the local communities’ attitude towards incomers and realistic expectations. This position requires consistent and quality cooperation with the local environment. All inputs and services - outsourced - are part of the detail planning process and had good success within the partnership model. Remote Support Options. AaA  is always there to render either remote support, no matter where you are, and a hands-on approach should it be needed. Information and I.T. is a Force Multiplier both in terms of the development of quality data basis and Security Structures to protect IP.
